Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use WMP. These terms incorporate the Privacy Policy.

What WMP provides

WMP is an educational and entertainment tool for reflecting on attraction patterns and compatibility. Its prompts, classifications, scores, astrology, numerology, and other outputs are interpretive tools—not facts, predictions, or professional advice.

WMP does not promise a match, relationship outcome, safety, compatibility, or accuracy. You are responsible for your choices and for evaluating people through real-world behavior and sound judgment.

Not professional or emergency advice

WMP is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or crisis advice and does not replace a qualified professional. Do not use the site to make decisions about personal safety or emergencies. If you are in danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate professional.

Your account and information

WMP uses a passwordless account and durable records for waitlist, profile, training, calibration, prospects, events, consent, and optional journey entries. You are responsible for securing your email and device and deciding what information to enter. Clearing cookies signs you out but does not delete your account; use the app’s export and deletion controls when available.

Experiment participation

Training and safety requirements apply to every member and invitations do not bypass them. WMP does not pay appearance fees, direct participants through producers, require public documentation, guarantee an introduction, or promise a relationship or marriage. Astrology is used as a pattern-recognition framework, and behavior remains the final evidence.

AI-assisted output

AI may help explain lessons, reflections, and deterministic results, but it may be unavailable, incomplete, or wrong. AI cannot change a hard gate, invent missing birth data, diagnose a condition, determine anyone’s worthiness, promise a soulmate, or replace professional or emergency help.

Celebrity information and third-party material

Celebrity names, public biographical facts, links, portraits, and a small number of reviewed birth-data records may come from IMDb identifiers, Wikidata, Wikimedia Commons, Astrotheme, and other third-party sources. WMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any celebrity or those services. Third-party content may be incomplete, inaccurate, changed, removed, or subject to separate licenses and terms.

Celebrity examples are used for user-directed pattern-training and identification. They do not state or imply a celebrity’s participation, endorsement, relationship status, personality, or compatibility with any person.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use WMP to harass, stalk, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or invade another person’s privacy.
• Submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or intentionally misleading material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass limits, introduce malicious code, or scrape the site at unreasonable volume.
• Use a person’s information or WMP output to make decisions prohibited by law.
• Misrepresent WMP output as verified fact or as an endorsement by WMP or a public figure.

Requests and submissions

Information submitted through the celebrity takedown form must be accurate and sent by someone authorized to make the request. WMP may ask for reasonable verification, preserve relevant records, decline incomplete or abusive requests, or remove content at its discretion. Use the Celebrity Takedown Notice form for those requests.

Ownership

WMP’s original site design, text, software, branding, and compilation are owned by WMP or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Third-party names, marks, data, and media remain the property of their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited, revocable right to use the site for personal, lawful purposes.

Availability and changes

WMP may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time. The service may be unavailable or contain errors. WMP may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WMP is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WMP and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, personal decisions, relationship outcomes, or third-party conduct arising from or related to the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid WMP in the prior 12 months or 100 US dollars.

Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
