Celebrities, authorized representatives, rights holders, and other affected people can use this form to request removal or correction of a public-figure record or image.

Before you submit

WMP uses user-supplied IMDb identifiers to retrieve public facts from Wikidata and reusable portraits from Wikimedia Commons. WMP is not affiliated with or endorsed by any celebrity shown in the app.

You may request a courtesy removal without making a legal claim. If your request concerns copyright, publicity rights, privacy, impersonation, incorrect information, or another legal right, identify that basis and explain your authority. WMP may ask for additional information needed to verify and resolve the request.

What to include

The celebrity or public figure’s name and the exact WMP, IMDb, Wikidata, or Wikimedia URL involved.
Your relationship to the person or work and your authority to submit the request.
A clear description of what should be removed or corrected and why.
For a copyright claim, identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, and why the use is not authorized.

WMP will review the information provided and may contact you for verification or clarification. Submitting a notice does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time. WMP may remove or restrict a record while a request is reviewed and may preserve records when reasonably necessary for security, disputes, or legal obligations.
